Heres a proposed agenda for Monday. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns about any of the items.

1. NRC progress identifying if any other suppliers in the industry are available to supply non-decaBDE 1E and 1E EQ cables.

2. What is the currently know impact to the operating fleet and supply chain as a result of rule implementation. Does the rule implementation potentially cause operators to run afoul of NRC regulations?

3. Does NRC regulate the export of 1E and 1E EQ cables? If so, how?

4. How does NRC define emergencies? Are there scenarios in which wire/cable must be replaced on an emergency basis?

5. What is the lifetime of wire/cable in nuclear facilities? Would happen if aging wire/cable were not replaced during planned maintenance (both from safety, regulatory, and compliance perspectives)?

As we noted earlier we were tasked with identifying if any other suppliers in the industry are available to supply non-decaBDE 1E and 1E EQ cables and secondly
