In October 2021, Kairos Power submitted Revision 0 of the Environmental Report (ER) as part of the Construction Permit Application (CPA) for the Hermes non-power reactor (referenced above).

Kairos Power has submitted various discrete changes to the ER to address NRC feedback received as part of the Hermes CPA review since the submittal of ER, Revision 0. This letter transmits Revision 1 of the ER to reflect the integration of previously submitted changes and new changes to the pages of the ER to address NRC feedback. contains Revision 1 of the ER.
