SMR, LLC is pleased to submit presentation materials for a preapplication meeting on April 5, 2023, regarding an update to the basis for a potential future Loss of Coolant Accident (LOCA) exemption request to support the construction permit application for the SMR-160 design.
Enclosures 1 and 2 contain the proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the presentation, respectively. Enclosure 3 contains the proprietary version of the white paper. SMR, LLC requests that Enclosures 1 and 3 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 and an Affidavit is also included with this letter as.
