On January 4, 2023, Holtec provided responses to NRC's structural RAIs. The staff has questions on the response to RAI 3-3. Specifically, NRC noticed changes in Holtec's tipover model and asked about the changes and the updated model files. NRC also asked about the average basket deflection of MPC-32M described in the calculation package.

Holtec discussed the changes in the tipover model and agreed to provide the model and updated calculation package. Holtec also clarified whether MPC-32M is bounded by MPC-68M in tipover calculations.

ACTION: Holtec will provide updated response to RAI 3-3, updated calculation package, structural model, and any necessary FSAR updates. Holtec will provide the information in the week of March 13, 2023.
