We have reviewed the Wyoming legislation received by our office on February 21, 2023. This legislation was reviewed by comparison to the Council of State Governments Suggested State Legislation, 1983, Volume 42, and NMSS procedure SA-700, Processing an Agreement, and is identified in the enclosed State Regulation Status (SRS) Data Sheet.
As a result of our review, we have no comments. Please keep us informed of any changes to the legislation.
