Final Significance Determination of a White Finding with Assessment Follow-Up and Notice of Violation; Inspection Report 05000277/2022090, dated November 28, 2022 (ADAMS Accession No. ML22314A098)
In the Reference 1 letter, Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) was informed of an escalated enforcement action, EA-22-071, associated with a preliminary White finding and apparent violation 05000277/2022003-03, Loss of Reactor Protection System Power and Unit Scram Due to Operator Error. In the Reference 2 letter, the NRC provided a final significance determination of a White finding and notice of violation.
The NRC plans to conduct a supplemental inspection for this finding in accordance with Inspection Procedure 95001, Supplemental Inspection Response to Action Matrix Column 2 (Regulatory Response) Inputs, following CEGs notification of readiness for this inspection. This letter notifies the NRC that Peach Bottom is ready for the supplemental inspection.
