JOINT MOTION TO CLOSE THE HEARING RECORD
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., Entergy Nuclear Palisades, LLC, Holtec International,
Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC, and the Michigan Attorney General (collectively,
the Parties) request that the Board grant this joint motion to close the hearing record in this
proceeding, subject to finalization of the hearing transcript.
Pursuant to paragraph 9 of the Boards order governing mandatory disclosures,1 the
Parties must continue to supplement their disclosures until the hearing record is closed.
Following conclusion of the in-person hearing on February 9, 2023, the Parties will not submit
any further exhibits or testimony. The Parties also do not anticipate that the Presiding Officer
will need to introduce any further hearing exhibits. Accordingly, the Parties request that the
Board close the hearing record, subject to finalization of the transcript.2
