This license authorizes the export of 1,500,000 kilograms of natural uranium in the form of uranium hexafluoride (UF6), for use in nuclear power reactors in the EURATOM community.
EURATOM must obtain U.S. prior approval before re-transferring any material.
This license is amended to: 1) update the licensee's point of contact to Bill Muiter; and 2) change the Licensee's name from Transport Logistics International to TN Americas LLC, pursuant to License Transfer Order dated December 9, 2022, issued by the NRC.
The shipment of Australian, Canadian, and EURATOM-obligated material is authorized.
All other conditions remain the same.
