Dear NRC,
Please do not extend the retirement dates of these nuclear reactors. They should close as originally planned in 2030 and 2033.
Texas has enough wind and Sun to replace them as energy sources. Aging plants are subject to deterioration and accidental risk of radiation leaks in an earthquake zone. Create a permanent radiation disposal site and retire these reactors as originally planned. Texas has enough problems without risking nuclear destruction as well. Thank you.
