Dear Dominik Bussmann:
By letter dated July 10, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. (ML20198M431), Gesellschaft für Nuklear-Service mbH (GNS) requested approval of its quality assurance program. By letter dated January 14, 2021 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML21033A353), as supplemented on July 2, 2021 (ML21196A374), August 25, 2021 (ML21245A234) and March 2, 2022 (ML22073A009), GNS submitted an application for a certificate of compliance for the Model No. CASTOR geo69 spent fuel transportation package.
In connection with our review, we need the information identified in the enclosures to this letter.
The request for additional information requested in this letter should be submitted in the form of revised safety analysis report pages. Please provide your response within 4 months from the date of this letter.
