No waivers were issued during the annual period of January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022 Analysis of Fatigue Assessment Data: (Limit 10,000 characters)

There were two fatigue assessments completed for the review period.

A for-cause fatigue assessment was completed when a worker driving a company vehicle struck the passenger side open door of another vehicle (CR-RBS-2022-3339). The individual was not classified as a covered worker. A post-event fatigue assessment was completed when a worker injured the right ring finger when performing work on the night shift. Due to the nature of the injury medical treatment was immediately required which delayed the fatigue assessment from being completed at the time of the incident. The individual was classified as a covered worker under the Maintenance category(CR-RBS-2022-3864). In both instances the fatigue assessments determined that fatigue was not a likely contributor to the event and did not identify any signs of acute fatigue.

The Corrective Action Program is adequately used to identify and correct concerns with compliance to the fatigue rule requirements.

The results of the annual fatigue management program effectiveness review determined River Bend is effective in controlling the work hours of individuals subject to work hour controls.
