SMR, LLC is pleased to submit presentation materials for a preapplication meeting on February 15, 2023, regarding RG 1.99 limitations and reactor pressure vessel embrittlement analysis for the SMR-160 design. contains the proprietary version of the presentation. Enclosure 2 contains the non-proprietary version. SMR, LLC requests that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 and an Affidavit is also included with this letter as Enclosure 3.
