The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff conducted the meeting in accordance with NRC Management Directive 3.5, Attendance at NRC Staff-Sponsored Meetings (ML21180A271).
The NRC staff discussed with Westinghouse the future submittal of topical reports (TR) on Westinghouses Advanced Logic System (ALS) version 2. The purpose of the meeting was to provide an overview of the three ALS version 2 TR, which Westinghouse plans to seek NRC generic approval on and discuss the planned submittal schedule for these three TR.
By letter dated October 25, 2022 (ML22300A133), Westinghouse provided the presentation material and requested that it be withheld as proprietary.
