Dear Ms. Tyson:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding whether a Day & Zimmerman Atlantic employee was discriminated against.
The NRC determined that the evidence obtained during the investigation did not substantiate that the employee was retaliated against because the employee raised a nuclear safety concern while working at Southern Nuclear Company facilities. We plan no further action regarding this matter.
