Dear Ms. Tyson:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigation s (OI) has closed the subject case regarding whether a Day & Zim merman Atlantic employee was discriminated against.
The NRC determined that the evidence obtained during the invest igation did not substantiate that the employee was retaliated against because the employee raised a nuclear safety concern while working at Southern Nuclear Company facilities. We plan no furt her action regarding this matter.
