By letter dated October 31, 2022, (Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML22304A195), X Energy, LLC (X-energy),
submitted for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff review the Xe-100 Licensing Topical Report: Graphite Qualification Methodology. As part of the initial assessment to determine if the subject report has sufficient information to be accepted for review, the NRC staff has identified the need for a clarification meeting to discuss their initial findings.
The NRC staff has placed a copy of the discussion points for your review and preparation of the meeting that will be held on December 14, 2022, in the box.com folder to which you have access.
