Dear Mr. Jacobs:
Holtec International appreciates the NRCs on-going review of the subject topical report. Holtec previously submitted RAI responses to the staffs questions on the Topical Report [1]. Further discussions with NRC staff indicated that additional information would be helpful for continuation of the review. Attachment 1 contains the responses to the supplemental questions and Attachment 2 contains an updated version of the Topical Report.
