Kairos Power LLC Additional Protocol Report - 2022 This letter is to inform the U.S. Department of Commerce of activities subject to the Additional Protocol to the U.S.-IAEA Safeguards Agreement in accordance with 15 CFR 783 and 10 CFR 75.

Enclosure 1 provides form AP-1, AP-2, and the associated AP-3 forms. Note that the activities on Form AP-3 for Kairos Power's Advanced Reactor Demonstration Project (ARDP) award are being conservatively reported in this period although a contract has not been finalized with the Department of Energy for this award. Additionally, there are two activities that were identified during this reporting year which may have been potentially reportable in the 2020 reporting year, and one activity that may have been potentially reportable in the 2019 reporting year. One of the 2020 initiated activities and the 2019 initiated activity are ongoing and are identified as a "New activity" in Section 3.4 of the associated AP-3 form . The other 202 initiated activity concluded in 2022 and is identified as a "Ceased activity" in Section 3.4 of the associated AP-3 form. Kairos Power requests this information be withheld from public disclosure consistent with Section 231 of the U.S. Additional Protocol Implementation Act.
