Kairos Power LLC Additional Protocol Report - 2021 KP-DOC-2301-002 15 CFR 783 This letter is to inform the U.S. Department of Commerce of activities subject to the Additional Protocol to the U.S.-IAEA Safeguards Agreement in accordance with 15 CFR 783 and 10 CFR 75. provides form AP-1, AP-2, and the associated AP-3 forms. Activities reported in this letter were identified during the 2022 reporting year as potentially reportable activities subject to the Additional Protocol. However, these activities were concluded in reporting year 2021 or earlier. These activities are being reported as an act of due diligence on the part of Kairos Power, though some activities may have been previously reported by collaborating organizations. The status of these activities is being reported as a "Ceased activity" in Section 3.4 of form AP-3. Kairos Power requests the enclosed information be withheld from public disclosure consistent with Section 231 of the U.S.
Additional Protocol Implementation Act.
