SUMMARY
OF THE OCTOBER 26, 2022, CLOSED MEETING TO DISCUSS THE ARC-100 ADVANCED REACTOR DESIGN On October 26, 2022, a closed meeting was held between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and ARC Clean Technology, Inc. (ARC) to discuss the regulatory and conceptual design topics related to the ARC-100 advanced reactor design.
The closed meeting notice can be found in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) under Accession No. ML22286A097. This meeting notice was posted on the NRC public website as a closed meeting because the discussion topics are considered proprietary commercial information that should be withheld from public disclosure.
Enclosed is the list of participants (Enclosure 1). A detailed meeting overview (Enclosure 2) and the meeting slides (Enclosure 3) contain proprietary information and, therefore, are not available to the public.
