OF THE NOVEMBER 1, 2022, CLOSED MEETING BETWEEN THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION STAFF AND OKLO INC. TO DISCUSS THE SAFETY ANALYSIS OF THE OKLO DESIGN On November 1, 2022, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a closed meeting with Oklo Inc. to discuss the safety analysis for its advanced reactor design.
The closed meeting notice can be found in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System under Accession No. ML22291A019. This meeting notice was posted on the NRC public website as a closed meeting because the discussion topics are considered proprietary commercial information and are being withheld from public disclosure. Enclosed are the list of participants (Enclosure 1) and a detailed meeting overview (proprietary) (Enclosure 2).
