Tuesday, March 08, 2022 6:22:00 AM With regards to sharing technical analysis and modeling, the NRC is not performing any modeling activities at this t ime related to t he events in Ukraine. Our staff is monitoring t he events and may consider modeling in the future should there be an incident requiring further analysis. In the meantime, M r. understanding is t hat INRA agreed to 3 actions: 1-M. Foy to draft letter addressed to Ukraine Nuclear Regulator on behalf of INRA offering t heir support and circulate via email to Principles for review, etc. 2-For INRA members to share technical analysis and modeling enabling triangulation to take place and comparison of conclusions. My understanding is t hat INRA agreed to 3 actions: 1-M. Foy to draft letter addressed to Ukraine Nuclear Regulator on behalf of INRA offering t heir support and circulate via email to Principles for review, etc. 2-For INRA members to share technical analysis and modeling enabling triangulation to take place and comparison of conclusions. For this to take place I propose that we all exchange a technical point of contact for t hese individual to form a working group and exchange efficient ly as required. 3-For INRA members to share communication material. With the serious evolving situation in Ukra ine - I wondered if a call of INRA members ASAP is in order. Primary purpose wou ld be the discuss what each one of us/ our countries are doing wrt monitoring of the situation, emergency response readiness, public commu nication etc - and what support we ca n provide to the Ukraine regulator, IAEA etc. Toyo - as Chair of INRA-do you wa nt to arrange a ca ll for sometime on Friday March 4th?
