Docket Nos. 50-255-LT-2 50-155-LT-2 72-007-LT 72-043-LT-2 NOTIFICATION OF NRC STAFF JANUARY 2023 DISCLOSURES UPDATE The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff is filing this notification to inform the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board and the parties in this matter that consistent with the Boards August 31, 2022 Mandatory Disclosures Order, the Staff has confirmed that there are no new documents to disclose under 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.336(b)(1)-(2), 2.1303, and 2.1316 that are relevant.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(c), attached is the affidavit of Scott P. Wall certifying that all relevant materials required by the NRCs regulations, as modified by the Boards Mandatory Disclosures Order, have been disclosed, and that the disclosures are accurate and complete as of January 1, 2023.
The Staff notes that it has made a good faith effort to identify all documents meeting the criteria of 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.336(b)(1)-(2), 2.1303, and 2.1316 that are relevant.

- 1. I am employed as a Senior Project Manager in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation. I served as a project manager for the Palisades Nuclear Plant from October 13, 2019 to July 17, 2022. Among other things, I have been assisting with the preparation of the disclosures in connection with the license transfer application at issue in this proceeding.
- 2. I hereby certify that all relevant materials required to be disclosed pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
§§ 2.336(b)(1)-(2), 2.1303, and 2.1316, as modified by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards August 31, 2022 Mandatory Disclosures Order in this proceeding, have been disclosed, and that the disclosures are accurate and complete as of January 1, 2023.
