Dear Dir. Warden:
Enclosed are applications (XSOU8839.02, XSOU8832.03, XSNM3807.01), dated December 19, 2022, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), from TN Americas LLC, requesting amendments to the following export licenses:
XSOU8839.01 for the export of 1,500,00 kilograms (kg) of natural uranium in the form of UF6 for use in nuclear power reactors in the EURATOM community.
XSOU8832.02 for the export of 32,200,000.0 kg of natural uranium in the form of UF6 for use as feed material in the Russian Federation.
XSNM3807 for the export of 9,600 kgs uranium enriched to 5 WFT % maximum, containing 480 kg of uranium-235, as UF6 heels, to be returned to Russia.
The purpose of the amendments is to formally change the licensees name from Transport Logistics International Inc. (Orano TLI Inc.) to TN Americas LLC pursuant to the enclosed License Transfer Order dated December 9, 2022, issued by the NRC.
As a matter of process, and in accordance with title 10 CFR section 110.82, the applications will be available to the public for 30 days before the NRC will take any action. If no dissenting public comments are received, and all applicable legal requirements are satisfied, the NRC will issue the amended subject licenses.
