The following security advisory (SA) is not publicly available because it is designated Official Use OnlySecurity-Related Information, which is exempt from public disclosure in accordance with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) sensitive unclassified nonsafeguards information (SUNSI) handling requirements:
- SA 2023-02, National Special Security Event for the 2023 Presidential State of the Union Address (Part 37)
The NRC issued SA 2023-02 on January 23, 2023, to all affected licensees (NRC and Agreement State) that possess, use, ship, or receive risk-significant radioactive materials, including radioactive materials equal to or exceeding the transportation quantities of concern, in the Washington, DC, area. Note that the SA contains security information and is, therefore, being withheld from public disclosure in accordance with NRC SUNSI handling requirements.
