Dear Mr. Coffey:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding whether licensed operators deliberately engaged in actions that compromised elements of the bi-annual operator examination when information was shared between operators during the annual examination taken between August 30, 2021, and September 1, 2021.

The NRC determined no specific violation associated with NRC regulations or licensee procedures could be identified. We plan no further action regarding this. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
