Dear John Lubinski:

Condition 11 of Materials License SNM-2011 requires American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) to provide 120 days advanced notice of its plan to introduce UF6 in any module of the American Centrifuge Plant, including the High-Assay Low-Enriched Uranium (HALED) cascade.

ACO plans to introduce UF6 (feed material) into the HALED cascade on or after May 22, 2023, and will be prepared to complete an operational readiness and management measures verification review by the NRC to ensure compliance with the performance requirements of 10 Code ofFederal Regulations 70.61 and to confirm that the facility has been constructed and will be operated safely and in accordance*with the requirements of the license.
