SNM-2500 Docket 72-1 This letter is submitted, on behalf of GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC (GEH),
per the requirements of 10CFR72.48(d)(2) for the period of Dec 2020 to Dec 2022 for GEH Morris Operation (MO).
One 72.48 evaluation was conducted from the period of 08 Dec 2020 to 12 Dec 2022. No evaluations warranted an amendment to the current NRC license (SNM-2500).
A brief description and summary of the evaluation is included in the attached enclosure (Encl 1 ).

Revise MO CSAR NED0-21326 (revision 15). CSAR update in alignment with re.licensing activities.
11NO" Justification Sections 1*11 and Appendices A-1 through A-17 were updated for revision 15 of the MO CSAR.
In general, the updates reflect administrative changes such as updated local business names and population density data. There are many instances of formatting changes and header/footer updates.
Occasionally language was added to clarify previous claims and/or justifications. But in no instance is there a change to tests, processes, or monitoring requirements that are not conservative or essentially the same. And in no instance is there an increase of the likelihood of an event that reduces the safety of the facility or impacts the design basis for the safety evaluation.
