The Office of Small Business and Civil Rights (SBCR), U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or Agency), hereby submits its Annual Age Discrimination Act of 1975 Report for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022. As required by Section 308(a) of the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, this report outlines the steps taken by the Agency to ensure compliance with the requirements identified in the Government-wide Age Discrimination Act regulation in Title 45 of the Code of Federal Register 90.34, Agency Report.
