- Ernest, The NRC staff has the following audit question related to cladding emissivity for the Vogtle ATF LTAs LAR.
With respect to cladding emissivity, the NRC staff is interested in information related to the rate at which emissivity increases during LOCA conditions in order to determine if the (( )).
Alternatively, the NRC staff is interested in a LOCA analysis measuring the total increase in PCT with a conservatively low emissivity compared to a typical emissivity.
