Dear Dir. Warden:

Enclosed is an application (XCOM1355) dated October 10, 2022, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission from Mirion Technologies (IST) Corporation, for the export of components classified under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 110.26(a)(11).

The components will be used for neutron flux monitoring at the Bangladesh BAEC TRIGA Research Reactor in Bangladesh.

Before taking action on this request, we would appreciate your views, in accordance with established procedures and from the overall perspective of the Executive Branch, as to whether the requested export meets the applicable criteria in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.

Please note that the dollar amount on page one of the NRC Form 7 is proprietary information.
