The license is amended to add Fugro Middle East and Citadel Engineering Company to the list of Ultimate Foreign Consignees. The license authorizes the export of cesium-137, up to 0.0111 Terabecquerels (TBq),
and americum-241, up to 0.0444 TBq, contained in sealed sources in 30 portable moisture/density gauges to Iraq.
CONDITIONS:
- 1) The licensee shall submit by February 1 of each year one copy of a report of all americium shipments during the previous calendar year. The report must include: (1) a description of the material, including quantity; (2) approximate shipment dates; and (3) a list of recipient countries, end users, and intended use keyed to the items shipped.
- 2) The licensee will ensure, through contractual or other means, that the ultimate consignee is authorized by the Iraqi Radioactive Sources Regulatory Authority for the possession and use of the sealed sources.
- 3) The licensee will ensure that aggregation of sources in any shipment remain at or below Category 3 levels.
- 4) Licensed activities are limited to the Iraqi Governorates of Basra and the Kurdistan Region.
