UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION BEFORE THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD Affidavit of Susan H. Raimo I, Susan H. Raimo, Associate General Counsel, Entergy Services, LLC do hereby affirm and state:
- 1. I am Associate General Counsel of Entergy Services, LLC;
- 2. I am authorized to execute this affidavit on behalf of Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.
(Entergy);
- 3. Exhibit Nos. HOL014, HOL016, HOL018, and HOL020 submitted with Applicants Initial Statement of Position in the captioned proceeding are confidential and are subject to withholding from public disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.390(a)(4) and the terms of the Protective Order Governing Disclosure of Proprietary Materials in this proceeding.
- 4. Pursuant to the terms of the Protective Order, all documents disclosed by Entergy and marked as confidential shall be served as a Non-Public Submission via the Commissions E-Filing system, including any exhibits or pleadings that contain or reference such documents.

- 5. Without limiting the application of the Protective Order, and for the avoidance of doubt, these documents and materials contain confidential commercial and trade secret information, the disclosure of which would adversely affect Entergy.
- 6. This information has been held in confidence by Entergy. To the extent that Entergy has shared this information with others, it has done so on a confidential basis.
- 7. Entergy customarily keeps such information in confidence, and there is a rational basis for holding such information in confidence. The information is not available from public sources and could not be gathered readily from other publicly available information.
- 8. Public disclosure of this information would cause substantial harm to Entergys business interests because such information has significant commercial value to Entergy and its disclosure could adversely affect other Entergy transactions.
