Notice is hereby given of the refiling of the Declaration of Michael Ketterer, Ph.D. by Petitioner Erwin Citizens Awareness Network, Inc. (ECAN). In its Petition for Leave to Intervene filed October 31, 2022, ECAN refers extensively to Dr. Ketterers Declaration and mistakenly filed only the caption cover page for it at that time. The Declaration is hereto attached.
