November 1 - 4, 2022, the Committee considered the following regulatory guides. No response to this memorandum is requested.

- 1. Draft Guide (DG)-1403 (Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.28, Revision 6), Quality Assurance Program Criteria (Design and Construction) (ML22081A037). The Committee does not request a briefing on this topic.
- 2. DG-1417, new RG 1.256, Guidance for Assessment of Flooding Hazards due to Water Control Structure Failures and Incidents (ML22306A003). The Committee requests an opportunity for a briefing after public comments are received and prior to the DG being finalized.
