PETTION TO INTERVENE AND REQUEST FOR HEARING REGARDING THE LICENSE AMENDMENT APPLICATION OF TMI-2 SOLUTIONS, LLC FOR THE THREE MILE ISLAND NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 2 (DOCKET NO. 50-320-LA-2)
The Office of the Secretary has received a petition to intervene and request for hearing from Eric Epstein through the E-Filing System on November 3, 2022. The request is in response to the TMI-2 Solutions, LLCs license amendment application for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 2, as published in the Federal Register on August 22, 2022 (87 Fed. Reg. 51,454).
The deadline to request a hearing was extended to November 4, 2022.1 The request can be found in ADAMS under accession number ML22307A225, and on the Electronic Hearing Docket.
The request is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R.
§ 2.346(i). This referral memorandum is being served on the E-Filing service list for the Three Mile Island proceeding, Docket No. 50-320-LA-2.
