PETTION TO INTERVENE AND REQUEST FOR HEARING REGARDING THE LICENSE AMENDMENT APPLICATION OF NUCLEAR FUEL SERVICES, INC. (DOCKET NO. 70-143-LA)
The Office of the Secretary has received a petition to intervene and request for hearing from Terry Lodge on behalf of the Erwin Citizens Awareness Network. The request, which was submitted through the E-Filing System on October 31, 2022, is in response to the license amendment application of Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. (Docket No.70-143), as published in the Federal Register on August 31, 2022 (87 Fed. Reg. 53,507). The request, supporting document, and amended request can be found in ADAMS under accession numbers ML22304A707, ML22304A708, and ML22304A709, respectively, and are also available on the Electronic Hearing Docket.
The request is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R.
