The Compliance Plan decision letter has been updated to include an extension of the 32 CFR 117 enforcement discretion by 60 days (e.g., January 29, 2022). The cover letter and security evaluation report package is in formal concurrence, which I hope to have completed by November 11, 2022. You should see it the following week.
