The purpose of this meeting is for the NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to discuss regulatory and technical issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the NRC staff or make comments about the issues discussed throughout the meeting; however, the NRC is not actively soliciting comments towards regulatory decisions at this meeting.

Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss with the nuclear industry and other stakeholders comments received on trial Regulatory Guide 1.247 Acceptability of Probabilistic Risk Assessment Results for Non-Light Water Reactor Risk-Informed Activities (ML21235A008) and next steps in finalizing the RG. The comments were addressed in a Federal Register notice dated October 17, 2022 (87 FR 62894)
