The purpose of this letter is to submit to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC),
SP-3605-0059, American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) Information System Security Plan (ISSP) Quarterly Report, July - September 2022, as Enclosure 1. The report is required by References 1 and 2. contains Security-Related Information and ACO requests this enclosure be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 2.390(d)(l).
Additionally, Enclosure 1 has been determined, in accordance with the guidance provided by U.S. Department of Energy, to contain Export Controlled Information and must be protected from disclosure per the requirements of 10 CFR Part 810.
