SUMMARY
OF SEPTEMBER 21, 2022, MEETING WITH NIOWAVE, INC.
On September 21, 2022, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a virtual Microsoft Teams meeting with Niowave, Inc. (Niowave). Niowave requested this Observation Meeting to discuss radiation protection, physical security, and material control and accounting.
The first session of the meeting was open to the public while the second session was closed to the public for discussion of proprietary information and official use only - security-related information. The meeting notice and agenda, dated September 21, 2022, is available in the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML22264A105.
Niowaves presentations (slides) for the open (public) session (ML22264A024) and closed (non-public) session (ML22264A027) are also in ADAMS. The list of attendees and summaries of the open and closed sessions are enclosed.
