Report of Changes to Physical Security, Training and Qualification, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and ISFSI Security Program, Revision 27 Indian Point Unit Nos. 1, 2, 3 and ISFSI Docket No.50-003, 50-247, 50-286 and 72-051 Renewed Facility License Nos. DPR-05, DPR-26, and DPR-64 In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 50 (10 CFR 50), Section 54, Conditions of licenses, paragraph (p)(2), (10 CFR 50.54(p)(2)), Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI), is submitting Revision 27 to the Indian Point Energy Center (IPEC)
Physical Security, Training and Qualification, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program. A description of the changes is attached.
The changes made to the PSP were analyzed as required by 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2). The analyses concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PSP.
Accordingly, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
The Attachment and Enclosure contain Safeguards Information. Therefore, HDI requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.22, Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
