Dear Scott Murray:
As requested by your application dated June 10, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22161A957), as supplemented on November 17, 2022 (ADAMS Accession No. ML22321A112), enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No.
9228, Revision No. 29, for the Model No. 2000 package. This certificate supersedes, in its entirety, Certificate of Compliance No. 9228, Revision No. 28, dated April 23, 2020. Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin. The staffs Safety Evaluation Report is also enclosed.
The approval constitutes authority to use this package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of Title 49 Code of Federal Regulation Part 173.471.
