List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks: Holtec International HI-STORM 100 Cask System, Certificate of Compliance No. 1014, Renewal of Initial Certificate and Amendment Nos. 1 Through 15.
Description of the rule: This rule amends the NRCs spent fuel regulations to renew the Holtec International HI-STORM 100 Cask System, which is on the list of NRC-approved cask designs, for 40 years and to revise the certificate of compliances conditions and technical specifications to address aging management activities.
Dates: The direct final rule will become effective 75 days after publication unless the NRC receives a significant adverse public comment.
