Dear Sir:
Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc., (NFS) is hereby providing the NFS Emergency Plan, NFS-GH-903, Revision 28, dated September 2022. Revision 28 has been reviewed and approved by the NFS Safety and Safeguards Review Council (SSRC). In accordance with 10 CFR Part 70, Section 70.32 (i), NFS has determined that the changes reflected in Revision 28 do not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan, and an amendment of SNM License 124 is not requested. Revision 28 replaces Revision 27, dated September 2021. It will become effective on September 30, 2022. Revision 27 should be destroyed or returned to NFS on or after that date.
Information contained in the enclosed Emergency Plan includes sensitive information and is marked "OFFICIAL USE ONLY" (QUO) in accordance with 5 U.S.C.552, and is not suitable for public release.
