Dear Travis and Patrick,
Per section V.1.a of the Confirmatory Order, I am submitting to you the draft all-staff message from the NIST Director regarding the strategy to improve the safety culture at the NCNR. The intent is for this message to be sent via email to all NIST staff after weve received feedback from the NRC and incorporated it into the final message.
