SMR, LLC Update to Voluntary Response to NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2020-02 and Proposed Regulatory Engagement Plan, Revision 2 (Project No. 99902049)
SMR, LLC is submitting an update to our voluntary response to NRC Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2020-02, in ML20315A139, and Revision 2 to the previously submitted SMR-160 Regulatory Engagement Plan (REP), Revision 1, in ML22210A033. The update to our voluntary RIS response is to inform the NRC process for scheduling and allocating resources for fiscal years 2023 - 2025. This RIS update and revision to the REP was discussed with the NRC staff. SMR, LLC requests that Attachment 2, which contains proprietary information, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 and an Affidavit is also included with this letter as Attachment 3.
As stated in our previous REP revision submittals, this REP will be a living document that is updated and expanded as plans evolve to support future licensing actions and regulatory decisions associated with SMR-160. SMR, LLC will maintain this REP and any changes to the REP will be discussed and communicated with the NRC staff.
