SMR, LLC is pleased to submit a white paper on the SMR-160 l&C system architecture for a preapplication meeting on October 4, 2022, to support the construction permit application for the SMR-160 design. contains the proprietary version of the white paper on the SMR-160 l&C system architecture. Enclosure 2 contains the nonproprietary version of the white paper.
SMR, LLC requests that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 and an Affidavit is also included with this letter as Enclosure 3.
