SMR, LLC is pleased to resubmit documentation for a preapplication meeting regarding the control rod drive system (CRDS) to support the construction permit application for the SMR-160 design that was previously held on September 13, 2022. contains the proprietary version of the presentation. Enclosure 2 contains the non-proprietary version. Enclosure 3 contains a non-proprietary CRDS design document. SMR, LLC requests that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 and an Affidavit is also included with this letter as.
