SUBJECT: ORANO-TRANSPORT LOGISTICS INTERNATIONAL, INC.S - RESPONSE TO
THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION INSPECTION REPORT NO.
71-0947/2022-201 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Robert Strang:
This letter refers to Orano-Transport Logistics International, Inc.s (TLIs) letter dated July 24,
2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No.
ML22203A056), in which you provided a response to the NRC Notice of Violation (Notice),
dated June 1, 2022 (ML22151A125).
The NRC has reviewed your letter and found it to be responsive to the Notice. No additional
questions or comments have been identified at this time and the NRC may review the
implementation of your corrective actions during a future NRC staff inspection to determine
whether full compliance has been achieved and maintained.
No response to this letter is required.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Section 2.390 of the
NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public
inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRC's ADAMS, accessible from the
NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
