Dear Mr. King:
I am responding to your letter dated September 13, 2022, which requested Regulatory Guide (RG) 7.13 Standard Format and Content of Transportation Security Plans for Classified Matter Shipments. Enclosed is a copy of RG 7.13 issued June 2015. This guidance is to aid you in the implementation of the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 95 (10 CFR Part 95).
The enclosed document is guidance and should be considered as a possible method to meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 95. The guidance does not prevent you from proposing alternative methods to meeting the regulatory requirements.
I would also mention the markings on this document. It is designated Official Use Only -
Security Related Information. This is not a publicly available document and access to this document is limited to those with an official need to know.
